We genuinely wish scanning could be fully free. The AI that reads and understands your receipts runs on third-party infrastructure that charges per use — and unlike ads or paywalls, we'd rather be upfront about that than hide it behind a vague "premium" label. Three free scans a week is a real, usable amount. Free users can still enter their data manually. Pro exists for the convenience of power users, not as a gate.
